All Morilea backdrops are printed to order. Please review the following shipping details carefully before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

All products are made after the order is placed.

Standard production time:
3–7 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, or large custom orders, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Custom design orders require layout approval before production begins.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • United States: 10–20 business days

  • Europe: 12–22 business days

  • Other regions: 12–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable international shipping partners. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after dispatch.


4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays.

  • Import taxes or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customers may be required to provide information to local customs authorities.

Morilea is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Failure to claim the package

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Morilea is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address submission.


6. Delivery Delays

Morilea is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier first.
