Returns & Exchanges

Because Morilea products are printed to order, returns are limited. Please review carefully.


1. Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • There is a confirmed printing defect

  • The product was significantly damaged during transit

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos and a description of the issue are required for review.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Slight fabric texture differences

  • Change of mind

  • Event cancellation

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Approved custom layout dissatisfaction

Once a custom design proof has been approved and production has begun, it cannot be canceled.


3. Replacement Process

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • We may offer a replacement

  • Or issue a partial/full refund depending on the case

The resolution will be determined after reviewing provided evidence.


4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to Morilea’s error (wrong item or confirmed defect), we will provide appropriate resolution.

If the return is not due to a confirmed production issue, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Damage in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately

  • Contact us within 7 days

We will assess and provide a suitable solution.
